The Shogun program is beneficial on both sides – for the company and the student that is just entering the labor market. I consider this program as a solution to the expectations and the lack of confidence regarding a job, that one might have during his studies. Being addressed to final-year students, the program allows the combination of knowledge accumulated throughout University with the requirements and preferences of the company and prepares the students to be part of this community of IT professionals.
