You are part of a team creating clients’ success and it’s incredibly satisfying to help them achieve something extraordinary. I have been lucky to perform at the Royal Opera House and represent England in Judo, but today I am more often in a vineyard or watching a game of rugby.

My goal has always been to add value to the business and I believe commercial aptitude combined with financial insight is paramount in my role as CFO. Teamwork is also essential, and I’m a big advocate of finance business partnering, acting as a “critical friend” to the business. Starting as a junior accounting clerk at 18 years old, I qualified as an accountant and worked my way up the career ladder, spending the last 25 years working in senior financial and operational roles, mostly in large technology based multinationals. I achieved this with the support of my husband who gave up his job to be a “home dad” for our two children, an unusual arrangement 20 years ago! Today I live in the countryside with my family and numerous animals, including my horse Bella.

I love the competing challenges of preparing the company to deliver our future plans while making sure that our day to day operations remain efficient, secure and productive. Over the course of my career I have been a Delivery Director, Business Manager, Corporate Strategist and Management Consultant. With a doctorate in physics from Oxford, I remain a physicist at heart. When not working, I am a keen mountain biker and astronomer. I am married with two daughters.

Roei is responsible for growing and helping the business to evolve its long-term client relationships and increase our market leadership, by bringing innovation and the NTT DATA UK&I value proposition to the wider market. He has worked in the TMT sector for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of executive experience to IT services. He was previously regional vice president at Amdocs and brings expertise on the fundamentals of creating a digital business. While at Amdocs, he helped to grow and build its business, by spearheading a host of successful transformational programmes for global clients.

Dean is a highly experienced senior executive with a background in professional services. He has over twenty years of experience within the financial services sector and the insurance industry as a big four consulting partner and as a commercial business leader. He has held senior executive roles within the UK, US and Europe, for example, with Amex, PWC and Genpact. He has built professional services businesses, global commercial sales organizations and disruptive startups. He has extensive experience of advising clients on business strategy, restructuring operations, building high performance teams, digital transformation, blockchain and creating fintech startups.

Vicki has worked in the Public Sector for over 25 years, across the Consulting, Systems Integration and Managed Services domains. As Head of Public Sector at NTT DATA UK&I, Vicki is responsible for our Central Government, Healthcare, Public Safety & National Infrastructure business. She is passionate about working with Public Sector organisations to deliver programmes and services that make a tangible difference in the lives of UK citizens and improving the ability of civil servants to do their jobs.

Nick leads the Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences Sector at NTT DATA UK&I. He is a business and sales leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT and Consulting arena. An engineer by trade, Nick specialises in growing teams and businesses in a multitude of sectors. He likes to build, solve problems and make a difference, taking a direct approach to getting things done.

Responsible for Technology Solutions and Service Delivery, Neil’s portfolio includes developing new technology innovations and business opportunities with support from other NTT Group companies, as well as industry-leading technology partners. An experienced consultant, product and solution architect, Neil has an extensive background in leading major business and IT change programmes, primarily in financial services and the insurance sector. In his spare time, Neil enjoys playing golf, keeping fit and spending time with his family.

Tim leads the design, technology, data, security and business consultancy practices, guiding client organisations through transformation and change to deliver business value. He has many years of experience in the telecoms and technology industries, leading IT delivery and major programmes as a consultant and in various senior industry roles. Tim is driven by the opportunity to make lasting change happen for clients, their teams and their customers. As such, he believes that putting people at the heart of business transformation is the key to success. He has demonstrated this through his leadership of large-scale customer management implementations, customer and employee experience projects, salesforce automation delivery and cost reduction activities. Over the last 25 years, my career has ranged from global multinationals to startup executive, mentor and advisor. Having held a series of senior global management and strategy roles at: Google, CSC (now DXC), Deutsche Bank, Zurich Financial Services and with Barclays Bank; I've also worked in an advisory capacity to both US and UK Governments. Most recently, I've been a startup CTO, and worked at Google to help their customers manage digital transformations, become ‘data driven’ advertisers, and to grow startup ecosystems around the world. Currently, I lead Research and Development at NTT DATA in the UK, where my task is to transform the company by discovering and bringing to market new sources of revenue.
