Your channel for reporting ethical and compliance concerns
NTT DATA has always been committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards based on integrity, trust and accountability — and protecting our brand, culture and reputation is a shared responsibility.
By speaking up, we can help to create a safe workplace where integrity thrives.
The SpeakUp reporting channel is:
Confidential
You can choose to remain anonymous, and we can identify you only if you leave your name and contact details.
However, bear in mind that NTT DATA is a large organization with different company structures in multiple countries, so it is easier for us to investigate a report if we at least know which NTT DATA company you belong to.
Global
You can report anywhere, at any time, in your own language.
Independent
To avoid conflicts of interest in the investigation process, reports are received by the central NTT DATA, Inc. group compliance function, which provides independent oversight of the business area concerned and directs the report to the appropriate business and local compliance teams for investigation.
All reports are taken seriously, and we ensure that anyone who reports in good faith is protected against any retaliatory treatment.
