NTT DATA Ranked No. 4 in HFS Research’s Top 10 Healthcare Service Providers Report

Company Places in Winners Circle for Second Straight Year Based on Strength of its Healthcare Provider Experience, Ability to Leverage Emerging Technologies

Cluj-Napoca - March 12, 2021 - NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services provider, today announced the company is ranked No. 4 and is included in the Winners Circle in the HFS Research Top 10 Healthcare Service Providers report, for the second year in a row. The report is a comprehensive analysis of healthcare service providers that assesses their service capabilities and innovation strength.

In addition to being ranked No. 4 overall, NTT DATA placed No. 2 for Healthcare Provider Experience, No. 3 for Leveraging Emerging Technologies, and No. 4 in four categories: Size, Scale and Growth; IT Services Execution; Overall Execution; and Innovation Investment and Ecosystem. The company was recognized for its aggressive investments in R&D; its ability to successfully scale automation initiatives; and the maturity of its capabilities in claims administration, member management, and health and care management. 

HFS singled out NTT DATA’s excellence in “industrializing the Triple-A Trifecta (automation, analytics, AI) to drive better healthcare outcomes.” The report highlighted NTT DATA innovations including COVID Lens, an interactive COVID-19 screener to help the public anonymously self-screen for the novel corona virus. Also commended was NTT DATA Nucleus for Healthcare, an integrated digital health accelerator that provides a unified patient experience and clinician engagement through personalized communication, consolidated clinical and financial data, and predictive analytics.
