Madrid, April 3, 2024 –Today, the technology consulting firm NTT DATA, announced the disappearance of the current structure and composition of its Board of Directors for the EMEAL region (Europe and Latin America) as part of the group's transformation process. Thus, with effects as of March 31 (the company's fiscal year-end date), Eduardo Serra, the Chairman of the Board, steps down after nearly 20 years accompanying its growth.
