NTT DATA Center Sibiu is located on Serbota Street 2. The building has 3 entrances. The main entrance can be reached via Serbota Street 2, and secondary entrances are available from the parking lot with access from Urlea Street. Please note that the building has visitor parking at the main entrance and employee parking at the secondary entrances. For access to the car park please use the video intercom, in case the barrier does not raise automatically.

When coming from the A1 highway, take the exit toward Centru/Sibiu and continue on Henri Coanda street. At the following 2 roundabouts, always take the first exit. When on Balea street, you will have to turn right to reach Serbota street.

The office space in the building is currently used by NTT DATA and Endava. The public access fitness gym is operated by Barzz Fitness. In the future, the Cafeteria Flavours at the 6th floor is to be run by a gastronomic operator.

  • Maintenance services related to the installations and equipment ensuring optimal functioning of the building
  • Maintenance services, repairs and annual overhauls of the lifts serving the building and of the air-conditioning/ventilation systems in all rooms.
  • Repairs to the common parts of the interior and exterior of the building and the access areas to the building.
  • Maintenance work on the terraces in the building and on the roof of the building, by checking the waterproofing and preventing possible leaks or flooding of the building walls.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all Common Areas of the building, including basement, sidewalks around the building, snow/ice removal in winter and whenever necessary from the sidewalks and access roads of the building and the entire parking lot of the building.
  • Maintain all parking spaces in usable condition, including barriers at the entrance and exit of the car park.
  • Ensuring and maintaining a pleasant climate (heating/cooling/ventilation/lighting) in all common areas.
  • Cleaning twice a year of all external surfaces of the building
  • Provide waste bins and operate a waste storage and collection service, including recyclable waste.
  • Providing legally binding signage
  • Ensuring the functionality and maintenance of fire detectors and alarms, fire prevention and extinguishing equipment and ancillary apparatus, video surveillance systems located in the Common Areas
  • Providing security staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Ensuring the reception in a way that is in line with the tenants' working hours, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere at the building’s main entrance.
  • Reviewing and carrying out maintenance and repair work on all doors and windows twice a year.
  • Carpet cleaning twice a year.

At the moment, the Cafeteria Flavours at the 6th floor is not accessible to the general public. It is intended to be used only by those working in the building.

The 20 electric charging stations can be used by tenants of the building, subject to prior agreement.

Yes. The building offers entrances adapted to people with disabilities, it has wider access doors and disability-adapted bathrooms at the ground floor and at the 6 floor. Elevators are also large enough so persons with wheelchairs can use them.

No, the building only has above ground parking.

There are 4 elevators in total: 2 in the center, 1 in the left wing and 1 in the right wing.

The amphitheatre and classrooms can be used by tenants of the building, subject to prior agreement and reservation. They are mainly used by the students of Lucian Blaga University Sibiu, but can also be used for educational purposes by other institutions.

The building is within 5 minutes walking distance from the center of Sibiu and the Promenada mall. Very close to the building is also the central train station of Sibiu, the county hospital, the MedLife Polisano hospital and the Lidl store (to be built in the vicinity of the building).
