NTT DATA Retains Leader Position in 2022 Everest Group Intelligent Automation in Healthcare

Cluj-Napoca – February 2, 2022 – Everest Group has once again positioned NTT DATA as a Leader in its Intelligent Automation in Healthcare – Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022 report. NTT DATA retained the Leader position achieved in 2019, demonstrating a continued commitment to technological excellence for healthcare clients.

Healthcare institutions have increased their use of automation solutions such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in recent years to improve performance across the value chain, which has accelerated during the global pandemic. As payers and providers streamline more processes, they are looking to healthcare business process service (BPS) providers to help optimize their automation initiatives.
