An inhouse program beneficial for both sides - the company and students that are just entering the labor market, a program structured in three sections: Shogun, Samurai and Deshi.

Become a Shogun in technology! Our Academies dedicated to students in Computer Science offer the opportunity to gain invaluable experience of a job in the field of IT. Designed for students in their final years, this is the most comprehensive and intensive of our student programs.

You can be a Samurai in IT! At NTT DATA Romania, we understand that you are not building a career - you are building a life. Our Samurai program is designed as a part-time scholarship. This program is dedicated to early-stage students and is developed on your needs.

Deshi in NTT DATA Romania! This program is aimed at young graduates who want to pursue an excellent internship in one of the most trusted companies in the IT industry. At NTT DATA Romania, our specialists will share their knowledge and provide you with access to relevant information.
TechTrek
We launched TechTrek to give students a gateway to a career in the IT industry - this program gives students real mentorship, top-notch offices, and the flexibility to pursue the studies. Making the right career choice becomes easier when you've already explored the IT world firsthand. The program is dedicated to those currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (1st, 2nd or 3rd year) at a Technical University or in the field of Economics who are fluent in English and preferably German. Structured in a 2hours/day employment agreement over 10 months the program include F2F & remote mentorship, hands-on learning, technical consultancy and soft skills sessions.
