"It is extremely important that, in an ever-changing environment, especially in the current unpredictable context, companies support the educational system. Our vision and values focus on the future and the positive impact that a contemporary education, with market trends, can offer to the new generations. Through this program, we offer a direct connection between the business environment and the young generation. We aim to cultivate the potential and talent of students to direct them towards the sphere of IT services." Daniel Metz - CEO of NTT DATA Romania.
In order to carry out internships in the "Information Technology and Communications" sector (CAEN 6201 and 6202), the project focuses on the counseling and career guidance of the 241 students who will complete at least one internship required under the university curriculum, of which 121 students will participate in the advanced practice, according to the university curriculum that continues and completes the compulsory internships. The project also aims to create a network of employer-educational institutions to meet the labor market's current and future needs at the regional and local levels. In this direction, 8 partnerships will be concluded between NTT DATA Romania and educational institutions.
