TOKYO – October 27, 2022 –NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced it has been named a Leader in the NelsonHall 2022 NEAT Report for Salesforce Services. The report placed NTT DATA in the Leaders quadrant for two market segments – overall Salesforce services and services connected to Salesforce's MuleSoft integration and API platform.
The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) report analyzed the performance of 17 vendors' offerings, delivery capability, market presence and benefits achieved with Salesforce services. Leaders in each category were chosen based on their ability to meet future client requirements as well as deliver immediate benefits to clients.
NTT DATA has developed a large global Salesforce capability by building local onshore practices, with their own profit-and-loss centers, rather than relying on a pure offshore approach. In addition, NTT DATA has been expanding capabilities for the high growth Salesforce services such as MuleSoft aggressively by strategic investments ("NTT DATA Announces Intent To Acquire Apisero To Enhance MuleSoft Data Integration Capabilities" https://us.nttdata.com/en/news/press-release/2022/september/ntt-data-announces-intent-to-acquire-apisero)
"As Salesforce extends its presence across enterprise environments, customers are looking for a partner to help them harness the power of the Salesforce platform to meet their own business goals," said Marv Mouchawar, SVP and Head of Global Innovation HQs at NTT DATA Corporation, NTT DATA. "Being named a Leader in the NelsonHall 2022 NEAT Report for Salesforce Services validates that NTT DATA has the platform knowledge, industry expertise and talent to help customers succeed at any point along their Salesforce journeys. We help customers achieve positive outcomes by delivering services that span the full lifecycle of customer needs – from advisory analysis all the way through process design, integration and technical design, implementation, migration, custom development, and ongoing management."
NelsonHall highlighted the strengths of NTT DATA's industry solutions, consulting business and expertise in delivering services focused on Salesforce's Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The report also showcased a pair of client examples. One involved NTT DATA's work with Telecom Integrated, using MuleSoft to integrate applications from the front office with Salesforce and others to network management and OSS. Another relied on MuleSoft to integrate a U.S. insurance client's claims management and policy administration systems to facilitate the launch of a new life and annuity insurance product in 45 days.
Dominique Raviart, NelsonHall's IT Services Practice Manager, said "NTT DATA is steadily specializing its Salesforce service capabilities, expanding to next-gen Salesforce cloud products and MuleSoft. For instance, in the MuleSoft space, it is creating accelerators and connectors that make Salesforce's multi-cloud a reality. Furthermore, NTT DATA recently announced the acquisition of a Salesforce partner, Apisero, that will double its Salesforce practice and bring further expertise."
